In sixth grade, we were given an assignment to list what we would buy if we had a million dollars.

I was so used to not being allowed to want things that I couldn't even do it. I think I managed to spend about a tenth of the money before giving up and submitting an incomplete assignment.

We had one of those assignments too! I kept buying really small stuff that cost like $5 and seemed super luxurious to me.
