Process run time is 1 hour 45 minutes.
Bosses say "you can do four of those in a day" and my coworkers agree.
Coworkers do one hour of prep, the process, half an hour of cleanup, one hour of prep, the process, half an hour of cleanup, one hour of prep, start the process, oh crap it's the end of our shift.
Coworkers end up doing overtime and only completing part of the day's plan. The last process doesn't work because they're rushed and stressed. Bosses are mad and lecture the whole team.
They're all confused as to how an eight hour day couldn't fit seven hours of process.
