Also services paid for with tax money need to be available for the people paying taxes. It's as absurd as saying "rich people can afford to buy books so they shouldn't use libraries".

Also-ALSO, it's way cheaper and easier to just say "everyone gets this free stuff" rather than make a cutoff and insist that everyone submit their tax forms and prove that they're not too rich for it.
