There's a bitter stubborn part of me that's like "if I do exercise and it makes me feel better, then my oldest sibling who forced me to exercise WINS!"
But then I remember... I haven't talked to them in years. They wanted me around as a punching bag and dress-up doll, and they have nothing.
They can't win because there's nothing for them to win. But if I don't do my stretches, *I* lose because I'm in more pain.
