When people talk about how it's SOOOO GROOOOOSS to put food directly on the kitchen counter I scratch my head.
A counter that you just properly sanitized (which you should be doing anyway) is every bit as clean and safe as a cutting board you just sanitized.
...are these people saying they never clean their counters?
