I hate it when I'm trying to get someone to help me Solve a Problem and they decide to play at being a therapist instead.

Insurance agent, I do not need your advice on how to find a new doctor that I get along with, I need to know WHAT'S COVERED BY MY MEDICAL INSURANCE.
