That's what I suggested! $250K is enough to make a down payment on a decent house. In the end we shredded the cards (they were expired) and burned the rest.

They were credit cards from some really fancy bank that won't let you start an account unless you have like half a million sitting in the bank too. We honestly don't know why someone with that much money would rent a place like this.

Oh man, yall are way better people than I am. I probs would have shredded the cards, but like, I absolutely would have seen if there was a way for me to turn the investments into cash and paid off a whole bunch of debts and shit with it.
