I keep seeing not only laypeople on the internet but actual articles in verified news sources talking about how XYZ processed food is super bad for you and we should get rid of it.
And I think people assume that if you take away, IDK, canned soup, people will start buying fresh vegetables and cooking soup from scratch.
When the reality is that instead people will just STOP EATING SOUP.
Better accessibility to more food > taking away the cheap and low-energy option.
