I think I gave myself a third type of hip pain by doing too many exercises to reduce the two existing types of hip pain I have.

MSHSKH i mean in fairness I did kind of sit here going "...so how much 'i feel that because i did similar things with terrible results' would be appropriate communication here" trying to figure out how to phrase "ah i feel that" lmfao, so like. you misread semi-correctly almost XD

(My personal experience was like, elbow exercises and stretches for an elbow and wrist problem that managed to make me dislocate my shoulder. Don't really recommend doing that. It's not terribly fun. This was like half a year ago though and largely fine now. and also not really your symptoms at all)
