I also won't soon forget how I worked myself into a flare trying to do two jobs (lab rat and technical writer) at the same time, while also training three new hires and correcting all their work, not to mention singlehandedly keeping the lab in a half-decent state of cleanliness, and what did I get in response?

Written up for "not doing my job" because our director is a sadist, our HR is actively bigoted, and my team didn't like being asked to put garbage in the garbage can.
