Don't get me wrong, paying taxes, dealing with health insurance, and (list of boring adult stuff) isn't fun.

But I would take this over the powerlessness of childhood any day.

i don't really understand anyone who wouldn't. like yeah cooking sucks but do you remember when you were not allowed to eat anything but what you were given????? like, going to job is not fun but you had to go to school when you were a kid and at least you can ??? quit your job???? and get a new one?????

being a child was fucking terrible. being an adult is also terrible but my god it is miles less terrible

Being a college student (I could at least pick my own food, I didn't have to hang out with my parents' shitty friends) was way better than being a kid.

And being an independent adult is waaaay better than a college student. My god. College sucked. Now... doesn't suck?!?!
