Going to be honest, if my coworker was constantly rude to me, insulted my skills and my choice of partner, showed up at my house to question my handling of a project, told me "not to hold them down", and then ignores my explicit instructions on the job, I would not think this person was in luuuuuurve with me. I'd think they were an incompetent jerk who hates me.
