Mold (on any kind of food - cheese, fruit, bread) tastes like dirt to me, and I'm not sure if this is normal.

I think it is, or we're not normal the same way.

At least a few people on the internet are like us too!

It might be normal, but most people don't have enough experience eating mold to know that.
