The Catholic church does not allow religious burials for Catholics who die by suicide, unless the Vatican has given a special dispensation for it because "they weren't in their right mind".
But, uh. Listen. Most people who die by suicide are doing it because they have a really, really bad mental illness that's messing with their brain. Isn't that, like, the definition of not being in your right mind?
