I get 2-3 phone calls a week from recruiters who see me in their system and try to submit me for something.
It's getting really fucking frustrating, because a) they call me for what could easily be a 4-line email, b) it never ever turns into an interview or, heaven forbid, a job offer, and c) they act like telemarketers or door-to-door sellers.
