But like, just a thought, maybe if we treated kids and teens like human beings with rights, and not like cattle that needed to be molded into good factory drones by any means possible, minors and young adults would be more able to make good decisions?
How is anyone supposed to learn to make responsible choices, when for the first 18 years of their life, their choices boiled down to "do I wear the green shirt or the red shirt to school"?
