My partner's mother called at What the Heck O'Clock last night, probably drunk, to lecture my partner on "but whyyyyyyy haven't you started living like normal again, you haven't gone out in months, and I bet you don't even brush your teeth!"

I'm not sure why this woman thinks that a very minor storm three hours from us is a Huge Flipping Deal that we should barricade against, but a global pandemic is some sort of inconsequential inconvenience.
