Unfortunately Not a Real Pony

If you have the anti worldview that anyone who has done anything abusive ever is eternal garbage with no hope of change or redemption or atonement and can only be shunned for the rest of eternity, then your barriers to acknowledging that *you* have been abusive are even higher (and these barriers are high to start with, for most of us) because... well... you can't change and also you deserve the absolute worst, by your own worldview, so why open yourself up to that?
