Me: (coughing so hard I can barely talk)

ICCP: "I'll have one of the nurses give you a call, we'll see what we can do."

I'm going to write a nice piano piece about a dessert at nighttime.

In the pilot episode, Marisol tells Mel and Maggie how proud she feels to "be the mother of two special young women" and based on their responses, she's probably said something like that hundreds of times to them growing up.

It hit me that she probably felt an awful lump in her throat every time she did, thinking that she should've had three daughters there.

Then it occurred to me that Mel and Maggie probably had the same realization sometime too, and it just gave me all the sad feels.

Aside from the reaaaaally thick "no homo" implications that happen when men cover Holding Out for a Hero and change it to be about a woman... that song just doesn't work when it's about a Wonder Woman or whatever. The rhythm gets all messed up.

We've established that the child of a trans man would be able to slay Macbeth, yeah?

What if you were born to a genderfluid parent who was sometimes a woman and sometimes not? Would you have to time your Macbeth-slaying to periods when your parent was non-female, or would it depend on what gender they were at the moment you were born?

This is a woefully underexamined topic in literature.
