I find the "collapse, get rushed to the hospital, be told you're vitamin deficient, and then all your problems are fixed by a supplement" fantasy fascinating, because, if your problem is a deficiency, you can figure that out with a bit of internet research, and correct that with five bucks a month (which admittedly not everyone has).
But the fantasy isn't REALLY about correcting the deficiency itself, it's about having everyone take your health issues seriously and acknowledge that you're suffering, a common disabled wish. And there's nothing wrong with that, but unfortunately, ableists are gonna ableist, and trying to prove your suffering to them is a fool's errand.
